Carol Shaw
Executive Associate

Carol brings a wealth of experience from a diverse administrative and managerial background as well as a proven track record of sales success and client relationship building.  She works closely with each of the RJ Reuter clients to facilitate professional support in streamlining the day to day process.


Previously, Carol served as Manager of Duty Free/Military Sales for Victorinox Swiss Army and Account Manager at Wildlife Artists.


Carol is an active member of the Connecticut TMA.

Managing Director

Ron Reuter has extensive experience developing and implementing successful financial, operational and strategic restructuring plans for companies since forming the firm in 1999. 

Ron has served in dozens of interim and crisis management roles and helped guide companies and their constituents through periods of change.

As an active member of the Turnaround Management Association, Ron has held positions as CT Chapter President and served on the International Board of Directors (Trustees).
